Second half February 2016 commit (released)

- fixed mouse-picking of ICG.
- fixed upper face of ICG BOX.
- fixed ICG scene coppying.

- fixed new empty project.
- fixed world preferences error on release ed case.




- added imperial-script node: set_bilboard_text
- fixed serialization load map 3d-text actors.
- opens flow when opens map in editor.
- fixed statistics of actor-camera preview. ("C" after camera actor select in viewport).
- fixes app serialization with Ed crash.
- fixed continual input (keyboard and mouse) in game exe.
- added AniTE time constant, independent from Frames per seconds.

- fixed imperial-script serialization (last block/ etc. Wrong server IP reading).
- fixed imodel instance browser copying.
