- released MotionCapture System.
- added 3DActor MoCap Marker.

- added SpawnPoint Actor, for quick respawn actors.

- released only CPU engine mode.

commentary: only cpu sufficient for GAME HOSTING. Like Microsoft Azure. Virtual Machine with GPU costs 700$ per month.
Virtual Machine only with CPU 40$. In one click IGE enabling mode without GPU, only for pure console server calcualtions.
every device can run editor. game. server. possible make games, wuthout GPU.

- released mode CPU without sound card.

commentary: this if on Hosting Virtual Machine no sound card.
